Enjoy cooking on a gas range in our bright and sunny chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you need for a family gathering! Fenced in yard with patio furniture, front porch with rockers and driveway with TWO free dedicated parking spaces and additional free street parking is available. Magnolia is a short 9 blocks to downtown’s historic Wilmington and the scenic Wilmington Riverwalk which spans nearly 2 miles stretching alongside the Cape Fear River lined with boutiques, markets and restaurants. Less than 10 miles to Wrightsville Beach! Your Wilmington vacation home is calling for you!
